Diipone Academy
Terms of use
These are the terms on which you may use Diipone Academy. They are short on purpose. Using the site means you accept them.
Last updated: 6 August 2026
Who may use this
An account is held by somebody 18 or older. A parent, guardian or teacher may open one and let a learner use it — that adult is responsible for the account and agrees to these terms on the learner's behalf. See the privacy notice for why POPIA requires it.
What we provide
Diipone Academy generates practice questions and full worked memos against the South African CAPS curriculum. The questions are generated by software, from curriculum content we have researched and cited. We work hard on accuracy and we check it with automated guards and by reading the output — but a generated question is not a departmental examination paper, and a teacher should read a paper before setting it.
We do not promise a mark. Nothing here is a guarantee of any result in any assessment.
Accounts and credits
Generating a new question spends a generation credit. Opening, printing, practising or reusing a question you already own costs nothing, ever — that is a deliberate product promise and not a limited offer. Credits have no cash value and cannot be transferred or refunded for cash.
Keep your sign-in link to yourself. Tell us if you think somebody else has used your account.
What you may do with the questions
A question or worksheet you generate is yours to use for teaching and learning: print it, photocopy it for your own class, put it on your school's learning platform, use it at home. You may not resell it, or republish it as your own product or as part of another commercial question bank.
Paying, and getting your money back
Prices are shown in South African rand and include VAT where it applies. [TO BE COMPLETED: the plan, the price, the billing period, and how to cancel].
The Electronic Communications and Transactions Act gives you seven days to cancel most things bought online and get your money back. Beyond that, we will refund [TO BE COMPLETED: the refund window and the conditions the business chooses]. Nothing in these terms takes away a right the Consumer Protection Act gives you.
Cancel whenever you like; you keep access until the end of the period you have paid for, and everything already in your library stays yours.
What we ask of you
Do not try to break the site, get around the paid gate, scrape it at volume, or use it to harm anybody. We may suspend an account that does, and we will tell you why.
What we do not promise
We aim to keep the service running and correct, and we cannot promise it will never be unavailable or never contain a mistake. If something here is wrong, tell us at [TO BE COMPLETED: support contact email address] — reports of a wrong memo go to the front of the queue, because a wrong answer taught with authority is the worst thing this product can do.
To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to what you have paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability the law does not allow us to limit.
Changes, and the law that applies
If we change these terms we will change the date at the top and tell you the next time you sign in. South African law applies, and the South African courts have jurisdiction. Our address for legal notices is [TO BE COMPLETED: the registered business address].
